In case of manufacturing fault, we will do our best to replace the item with the same model. Because of the unique nature of  JubiloJoias jewelry, we may offer to replace the item with a similar one of equal value. In some cases, it may be necessary to have a new piece manufactured in Brazil and a replacement will only be made once the item is shipped to Singapore.  We do not guarantee against stones that have been broken, scratched or cracked due to negligence or misuse or for spots or stains caused by contact with creams, chemical products or other agents that are harmful to the natural materials of the jewelry.
